91勛圖厙 is inviting employers to participate in a new initiative to pioneer the Care Workforce Pathway as part of a new support programme.

The Care Workforce Pathway is a comprehensive framework designed to clearly define careers in adult social care, detailing the knowledge, skills, values, and behaviours essential for delivering high-quality, personalised care and support.

We have been recruiting employers to adopt the pathway as part of this programme. These ‘pioneers’ will test and refine the Care Workforce Pathway resources by sharing insights gained as they go through the adoption process.

Spaces are limited and due to high interest in the support programme, we’re currently reviewing submissions and taking a short pause on new recruitment. This means there may be a delay, from when you register your interest, to when we contact you about support programme options.

Employers will be supported in identifying and addressing workforce challenges, while being provided with a clear framework for workforce development and career progression. Feedback gathered throughout the process will inform the final version of the resources used to support the adoption of the Care Workforce Pathway.

Benefits for employers

You will have opportunities to attend a Care Workforce Pathway network which will be attended by DHSC and employers who were involved in the development of the initial pathway.
